Anxiety

Anxiety can show up in many ways, racing thoughts, restlessness, panic, muscle tension, trouble sleeping, or a constant sense of dread. You might feel “on edge” all the time or struggle to quiet your mind long enough to relax. For some, anxiety is tied to specific situations (like work or social settings), while for others, it can feel like a background noise that never fully goes away.

In therapy, we’ll work together to understand how anxiety is affecting your life and relationships. We’ll explore patterns, triggers, and thought processes that fuel anxious feelings. Using approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and DBT skills, we’ll develop practical strategies to help you manage anxiety in the moment and reduce its overall impact.

You’ll learn to shift from constant survival mode to a place of calm, clarity, and control. You deserve to live a life that feels peaceful, not just tolerable.
