Grief & Loss

Grief can follow us long after the world expects us to “move on.” It’s not limited to death, it can follow the loss of a relationship, a job, a role, or even a version of yourself. You may feel anger, numbness, guilt, sadness, or a wave of emotions that come and go without warning.

Grief is not a straight line. In our work together, we’ll create space to process your pain, honor the loss, and find your own rhythm in healing. You’ll have permission to feel all the emotions, without being rushed through them.

Therapy can also support you through complicated grief, unresolved feelings, spiritual questioning, and the struggle of adjusting to life without someone or something that once grounded you. You can grieve and grow. The two can coexist.
