Confidence isn’t just about how you look on the outside; it’s about how you feel on the inside.

In therapy, we’ll work to identify where those beliefs about yourself came from—whether it was from early messages, trauma, rejection, or long-standing pressure to be someone you’re not. Then, we’ll begin the journey of rebuilding your inner voice through self-compassion, boundary setting, personal values work, and goal setting.
